Despite the weak dollar the American people are still traveling. They are just not traveling to the normal destinations like EU and Asia.
The dollar low value makes many Americans to stay put and seek holidays closer to home. Even if the dollar is weak outside American they still get the same value for the money inside America.
So instead of going to a wine yards in Italy and France Americans are traveling to wine years in America and same goes for the beach people.
The cruise companies are also cashing in on the people traveling “inside” the country by offering the customer to pay for the cruise in dollar before they leave.
