How to Start Your Affiliate Business
I often see many tempting affiliate programs. They put a text pretty much like this: Fill out the online application below, place these links on your site and start earning hundreds of dollars a day. You also hear about the success stories how people made 10000$ in one week etc. Then you jump right into it and buy the programs needed to use them as affiliate and you still haven’t made a single cent. I don’t know about you but I am tired of people that are trying to learn me how to make money online when they never made a cent online in their life.
What you should do is make a business plan first, study the different affiliate programs that interests you, read as many reviews as possible and for god sake read the Terms and Conditions before you sign up. Keep in mind that most people are looking for money and they will east you like a shark if they get the chance.
When it comes to marketing your product you really have to study it before you sell it. You have to know everything there is to know about the product you sell so that you are prepared for all kind of questions. Forget the spamming in chats etc when it comes to marketing your affiliate programs, it is useless and the affiliate you commercial for will probably ban you. Instead of wasting you time on this nonsense it is a lot better to put a banner on your site. Make it interesting and make people curious. You can also try reversed psychology by making a button where it says for example “If toy think you are pretty enough already don’t click here”. Many people will start to wonder what’s hiding behind this banner. To say it with simple words, be original, don’t spam and remember read the terms and conditions before you join anything.
